The treatment itself takes around 15-30 minutes. The nest will die off over 24-48 hours. We treat the nest in situ - removal is not usually necessary as the nest won't be reused. Our technician will advise on what to expect.
What is your service guarantee?+
Every JG treatment comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If the treated pest returns within the warranty period (typically 30-90 days depending on the pest), we will return and re-treat completely free of charge. No questions asked.
Is pest control confidential? Will neighbours know?+
Absolutely. Our technicians arrive in unmarked vehicles and wear plain clothing on request. We understand that discretion matters and treat every job with complete confidentiality.
How do I know I have bed bugs and not another pest?+
Common signs include small blood spots on bedding, itchy bites in lines or clusters (often on arms and shoulders), and tiny dark spots (droppings) on mattress seams. If you're unsure, our technicians can carry out a professional inspection to confirm.
