You will be based from home with a company van, a phone and a fuel card. No qualifications are needed for most of our roles and all training is provided, including the RSPH (BPCA) Level 2 Award in Pest Management where the role calls for it. What we cannot train is turning up, being straight with people and not minding getting your hands dirty.
What You Actually Get
Where We Are Hiring - 30 Technicians Across Nine Regions
We are recruiting 30 pest control technicians right now, across the whole of the UK. The split follows regional population, so the numbers reflect where the work actually is - with extra weight on London, where demand runs ahead of everywhere else.
Every other role on this page is open in all nine regions too. The towns listed are where we are busiest, not a boundary - if you are near one of them, we want to hear from you.
You will be based from home with a company van, so there is no depot commute. You go straight to your first job of the day.

Trainee Pest Control Technician
£27,000 - £32,000No experience neededNo qualifications required and all training provided. The way in for practical people who like solving problems and dealing with the public. You will start alongside qualified technicians and work towards your own RSPH (BPCA) Level 2 while you earn.

£30,000 - £38,000Experience neededPest control experience needed, but no formal qualifications - if you can do the work we will get you certified. Mixed residential and commercial, with genuine progression into complex commercial and specialist treatments.

£30,000 - £40,000No experience neededFull training given. Heat treatment is the chemical-free route for bed bugs and stored product pests. You run the equipment, monitor the temperature profile across a property and see a job through from set-up to sign-off.

£30,000 - £35,000No experience neededProofing, netting, spiking and deterrent systems on commercial and residential buildings. Work at height is a core part of the role, and the training that goes with it is provided.

£30,000 - £35,000No experience neededPigeons nesting under solar arrays is one of the fastest-growing problems we deal with. You fit proofing systems around panels on domestic and commercial roofs, protecting both the building and the array.

£30,000 - £35,000Trade experienceRepair and proofing work on domestic and commercial roofs, often alongside our bird control and insulation teams. Steady year-round work rather than weather-dependent contracts.

£30,000 - £35,000No experience neededStripping contaminated insulation and installing replacement, usually after a rodent or bird infestation has been cleared. Physical work, and one of the jobs where the customer sees the difference immediately.

£30,000 - £35,000No experience neededClearance and decontamination work: properties that need stripping back and making safe before anything else can happen. Not for everyone, and the people who take to it tend to stay. Full training and all protective equipment provided.
Apply for this role →Hours are 40 to 45 a week depending on the shift pattern, and the shift pattern affects the pay, which is why the roles show a range rather than a single figure.
Every salary above is BASE pay. On-target earnings of £40,000 and above are achievable on top through our uncapped commission and overtime scheme. That is earnings, not basic - we would rather be plain about which number is which than have anyone work it out later.
One Thing You Must Have
A full UK driving licence. Please do not apply without one. Every field role is home-based with a company van, so it is not something we can work around. Two years of driving experience is preferred.
Beyond that we are looking for people who are self-motivated, well organised, reliable and honest, who communicate clearly and are confident with customers at every level, and who have no problem getting their hands dirty. The work includes commercial and domestic pest control, fly killer servicing and pest proofing.
