Spoke to Margaret who set things in place. She was very efficient and went through all eventualities with me. She made me feel at ease instantly. Within a few hours Scott arrived and was very professional and advised me of his procedure. He put down glue boards and eventually found rodent dead. He disposed of and disinfected the area. All in all I was amazed at the wonderful service provided. Definitely call them.

We have used JG twice in the past 2 years, once for a wasp nest and also for a mice problem. We have been very pleased with their quick response and the fast and efficient way they dealt with our problems. They also returned after a few weeks to check that all pests had been eradicated. Darren and his team have very neatly and efficiently caged our solar panels that have been a magnet for all the neighbourhood pigeons. They still come back but can't get in. A huge improvement. I can't fault Darren and Del. They arrived when they said they would and then did the job very smoothly. Great work.

I had a visit from a lovely man called Spencer jones.
I had a very stressful week thinking I had bed bugs, so I called in the professionals. Spencer put me at ease, respectful of my home, and assured me I did not have bed bugs . He was polite and very thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if needed.
