What our critical reviews say - and how we respond

At this volume, no honest company has a perfect record and we will not pretend otherwise. Around one review in twenty rates us 3 stars or below, and the recurring themes are real ones: pricing that felt higher than expected, treatments that needed a second visit, and occasional scheduling frustration. Here is how we handle each: we quote fixed prices in writing after a free survey, before any work starts; some infestations genuinely take more than one treatment, which is why treatments carry guarantees with free follow-up visits where needed; and every negative review on every platform gets a reply from our customer service team. If something went wrong we would rather fix it than argue with it.
