Every JG technician we send to a job is a BPCA Level 2 Certified Technician. This is the standard professional qualification for pest control work in the United Kingdom, awarded by the British Pest Control Association. To be clear about the distinction: the certification is held by our technicians personally, as individuals. JG Pest Control is not a BPCA member company, and we do not present ourselves as one. Pest problems do not run to office hours. The wasp nest above the back door does not check whether it is the August bank holiday. The rat in the restaurant prep kitchen does not check whether it is Boxing Day. We built the business around the simple decision that we would be open when our customers need us, and the operating reality of that decision is that JG Pest Control runs a full callout service from early morning to late evening, every weekend, every bank holiday, every day of the year except Christmas Day.
Christmas Day is the only day in the calendar we are closed. We mention this explicitly because it is the only honest position. We do not claim 24/7/365 cover when we do not provide it. Every other day of the year, including New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, the two May bank holidays, the August bank holiday, Boxing Day, and the long Christmas to New Year window when most of the pest control industry shuts down entirely, we are running.
