If you suspect the treatment has not worked, we aim to attend within 72 hours for a full inspection; where live activity is confirmed we apply a comprehensive follow-up treatment and install monitors throughout the property, returning again within 72 hours if any further activity is found. The guarantee applies where the property has been fully prepared to our instructions, all suitable bedrooms and living areas are included in the treatment, and the treatment can be completed as planned. Where a full heat treatment is not possible, our Chemical Guarantee applies instead: if you see further activity after four weeks, provided it is within four months of the treatment, we return to carry out a further treatment.
