You can book JG Pest Control entirely online, and no one will ring you unless you ask us to. Tell us about the problem using our secure booking form, and we will confirm your visit and everything else in writing. If phone calls make you anxious, or you simply prefer not to speak on the phone, you are far from alone, and you will get exactly the same service, the same priority and the same technicians as someone who calls.
Same-day appointments are often available, and online bookings are treated with exactly the same urgency as phone calls. We are open every day except Christmas Day, early until late.
How online booking works
- 1. Tell us the problem. The booking form takes about a minute: the pest, your postcode and how urgent it is. Add as much detail as you like, including that you prefer no phone calls.
- 2. We confirm your visit. A member of the team picks up your booking and confirms the appointment. Prefer everything in writing? We will keep it to email.
- 3. Your technician visits. An RSPH (BPCA) Level 2 certified or trainee technician arrives at the agreed time, identifies the pest and carries out the treatment, with guaranteed results.
Why book pest control online?
- No waiting on hold. The form is open 24 hours a day, including when you spot a pest at midnight.
- Everything in writing. Your booking, the confirmation and any advice all sit in your inbox, so nothing is misheard or forgotten.
- Easier to explain. Describing droppings, bites or damage is often easier typed than over the phone, and you can mention access notes, pets and parking in the same message.
- No pressure, no scripts. Take your time over the message, redraft it as often as you like, and send it when you are ready.
If phone calls make you anxious
Plenty of our customers would rather do almost anything than make a phone call, and that is completely fine. Phone anxiety is common, and needing pest control is stressful enough already. So here is our promise: book online and we will not call you unless you ask us to.
- Write “please contact me by email only” in your message and every reply stays written, from confirmation to aftercare.
- You will never be put on the spot: you can read our reply, think it over and respond in your own time.
- The same applies if you are deaf or hard of hearing, or you cannot take calls at work; the written route is a first-class way to book, not a fallback.
- On the day, the technician simply arrives at the agreed time. There is no “we will ring you when we are outside” unless you want that.
Other ways to book without phoning
Prefer a conversation? You can book through webchat and arrange everything in the chat window. Prefer your inbox? See booking by email. Both routes reach the same team and the same technicians.
