Thomas sent a message to say what his eta would be, the wasp nest was on the first floor & he said he could use a pole to reach it, so no long ladders going through the house as that would have been difficult. He explained what he was going to do, afterwards gave us instructions as to not go outside for a while as the wasps would be angry & could sting. He told me a bit about wasps which was interesting.
