Birds on a commercial building are a compliance problem before they are a nuisance. Fouling near an intake is an audit finding, a blocked gutter is a leak, and gulls on a flat roof in May are a nesting season you cannot legally touch. JG surveys the site, clears what is there, proofs the structure and disperses what is left.
We work to the building and the operation, not to a standard visit. Most commercial sites need more than one method: proofing where birds roost, dispersal across the open ground in between, and clearance before either.

An audit is coming
Fouling near an opening, intake or production area is a finding before anyone tests anything. Clearance and proofing, documented.
Fouling on stock or vehicles
Dealerships, forecourts and yards, where the cleaning bill recurs every week until the birds are excluded.
Blocked drainage
Guano and nest material in gutters and hoppers. The first symptom is usually water inside the building.
Slip and safety risk
Wet droppings on a walkway, fire escape or loading bay is a genuine hazard and an obvious one at inspection.
Gulls in nesting season
An active nest is protected. Timing decides what is legal, which is why the survey has to come early.
It keeps coming back
Clearing without proofing buys months. If nothing about the building changed, neither will the birds.

The law, briefly
All wild birds are protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, and a nest is protected while it is being built or in use. On a commercial site that has a scheduling consequence: an area with active nests cannot simply be cleared or netted, and the work has to be planned around it. Some species and actions are permitted only under licence, and those licences differ across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Gulls are more tightly licensed than feral pigeons. We check what applies to your site before anything is installed.
