“Contacted JG Pest Control following rodent noises in the loft. Could have had an immediate appointment but was booked for a meeting in London. Agreed for next day visit. Employee arrived on time and made a thorough inspection of the loft. Provided a full verbal report about rodent activity and laid traps and poison. The employee was polite and reassuring. 2nd appointment made for 2 weeks. Another employee who was, as above. He also made an inspection of the potential entry routes and gave advice. New appointment to be made for final visit in 3 weeks. We are completely happy with the standard of attention to detail and knowledge of both employees and would certainly recommend.”
