Interested in joining a pest control company like no other? We are always looking for good people to join our team if you think you could be an extra cog in our system.
We offer ongoing training, BPCA pathway support, company vehicles for field roles, and a culture built on the highest service standards in the industry.
We also recruit specialist decontamination technicians as the team grows - the same crews that deliver our trauma and crime scene cleaning and deep-clean work. And behind every field role is our office team: customer service and scheduling positions come up as we expand.
How to apply: use the contact form with "Careers" and the role in your message, or call the number at the top of this page and ask for the office - a real person answers, every day except Christmas Day.
No previous pest control experience required for trainee roles
Pest Control Careers - Common Questions
For practical problem-solvers, yes. It is recession-resilient, varied (no two call-outs are alike), and progression is real - trainees who qualify move up to complex commercial work, specialist treatments and team-leading roles. JG has been family-run since 2010 and keeps a long-tenured team, which says more than any brochure.
Not for trainee technician roles. We provide full training, including the RSPH (BPCA) Level 2 Award in Pest Management, the industry-standard qualification our technicians hold. A driving licence is essential for field roles; the problem-solving mindset matters more than your CV.
Trainee and qualified pest control technicians across the UK, specialist decontamination technicians for trauma, crime scene and deep-clean work, bird deterrent installers, and office roles in customer service and scheduling as the company grows.
Send a message through the contact form with Careers and the role name in your message, or call the number at the top of this page and ask for the office. If a role is not listed, apply anyway - the team grows year-round.
