How much does mole removal cost?

In most areas, mole removal costs from £329.99 + VAT. London prices are higher than most areas: inner London postcodes are typically 15 to 35 percent above the standard price.

What is included in the price

  • A survey of the lawn or land
  • Mole traps set by the technician
  • A return visit after 7 to 10 days

What to check you are getting

When you compare prices, check what the price actually includes, not just the headline figure:

  • A guarantee. Not every company offers one, so ask what happens if the problem comes back.
  • Qualified technicians. Ask whether the technician is RSPH (BPCA) Level 2 certified.
  • The price up front. Make sure you are told the price before any work starts.
  • Return visits. Check how many visits are included if the first treatment does not clear the problem.

Mole removal carries a 3-month guarantee. It runs from the last attended visit, and a return visit is booked when there is evidence of continued activity.

What changes the price

  • Your postcode. Prices vary by area, and London costs more.
  • Weekends and holidays. No surcharge for weekends or holidays.
